The map pin, the reviews, the "open now" badge — for a lot of small businesses, this listing does more work than the website. Most of the ones we look at are either missing entirely, unclaimed, or set up wrong. We fix that once, properly, for a published price.
Google Business Profile setup R1 500 once-off · included free with our R2 499 starter website
If the listing already exists but nobody in your business controls it, we claim it and get it verified in your name, so you can manage it going forward.
The wrong business category or a service area that doesn't match where you actually work quietly kills your visibility. We set these properly, based on what you actually do.
A blank profile with no photos looks abandoned. We add real photos of your business and write a description that says clearly what you do and where.
When someone searches for a service near them — "electrician near me", "hair salon Parow", "panel beater Cape Town" — Google usually shows a map with three businesses above everything else, before a single website link appears. That map pack is built from Google Business Profiles, not from websites. A business with no profile, or one that's unclaimed, miscategorised, or shows the wrong hours, effectively doesn't exist in that search — it doesn't matter how good the actual business is if Google can't place it there confidently. We see this constantly: solid, established businesses that are invisible in exactly the search that should be sending them customers, purely because nobody ever set the profile up properly.
The mistakes are usually small and completely avoidable. A category that's close but not quite right — "general contractor" instead of "electrician" — pushes you down the results for the searches that actually matter. Hours that were never updated after a public holiday make Google mark you "closed" when you're open, which is enough to lose a customer who's deciding between you and a competitor right now. No photos, or only a stock logo, makes a profile look abandoned even if the business behind it is thriving. None of this requires a website to fix — it requires someone to sit down, go through the settings properly, and get them right once. That's the whole job, and it's why we sell it on its own rather than bundling it into something bigger.
You send us your business details on WhatsApp — name, address or service area, category, hours and a handful of photos if you have them. If a profile already exists under your business name, we find it, claim ownership where possible, and go through Google's verification process on your behalf. If nothing exists yet, we create the listing from scratch. Either way, by the time we're done the category, hours, service area, photos and description are all set correctly, and the profile is under your control — not sitting unclaimed where anyone could technically dispute it. It's R1 500 once-off, with nothing ongoing required — or add the R999/month Marketing plan and we keep it updated for you, monthly report included.
R1 500 once-off. That covers claiming or creating the listing, verifying it, setting the right category, hours, service area and photos, and checking the description reads properly. No monthly fee for the setup itself.
Yes. Most of the profiles we're asked to fix already exist — they're just unclaimed, miscategorised, or have old hours and no photos. We audit what's there, claim or verify ownership if needed, and correct it, rather than creating a duplicate.
The R1 500 is the setup. Keeping the profile current — new photos, updated hours over holidays, responding to reviews — is part of the R999/month Marketing plan, which also includes a monthly report and extra edits. The setup also stands on its own, once-off.
No. A Google Business Profile works without a website — it can point people straight to a phone number or WhatsApp. If you want both, our starter website bundle is R2 499 once-off and includes the Google profile setup as part of the package.
