Cape Town

Social posting,
done for you.

You'll keep working; your feed will keep moving. Two to five posts a week, written and designed for you, so your page still looks active when a potential customer checks it out — instead of a last post from four months ago.

Part of the R2 999/month plan, together with managed Google & Meta ads

What you get

Consistent posting.
Not a rush of catch-up posts.

1

Written and designed

Each post is written and put together for you — you're not handed a content calendar and left to fill it yourself.

2

Consistent, not bursty

Two to five posts a week, every week, on a schedule — the pattern that makes a page look like an active, trustworthy business rather than one that's given up.

3

Reported monthly

A monthly report so you can see what's actually going out and how it's landing, without having to check the page yourself every day.

Why it matters

A quiet page reads as a closed business.

Before a customer calls a business they've found on Google, a lot of them click through to the Facebook or Instagram page first — partly to look at photos of the actual work, partly just to check the business feels current and real. A page with a last post from months ago sends a signal, even if it's not true: it reads as slow, uncertain, maybe not even trading anymore. That's often enough to send the customer to a competitor whose page was updated last week, even if the underlying business is no better. Consistency matters more than cleverness here — a page that posts something ordinary every week beats one that posts something great once and then goes quiet for two months.

The trouble is that posting consistently is exactly the kind of task that gets pushed aside when a business owner is actually busy running the business — which, for most small businesses in Cape Town, is most of the time. It's easy to plan to post twice a week and quietly stop after the first fortnight. That's the gap this service fills: we take the writing, designing and scheduling off your plate entirely, so the posting keeps happening on weeks when you're flat out on actual work. It also sets up whatever advertising you run later — a page with a real history of activity and engagement performs better as an ad destination than one that looks freshly created, so consistent posting and paid advertising reinforce each other rather than competing for attention.

Social media management — questions we get asked

How much does social media management cost?

Social media management is part of our R2 999/month plan, together with managed Google and Meta ads. Two to five posts a week, done for you.

Which platforms do you post to?

Once this launches, we'll post to the platforms that actually matter for your business — typically Facebook and Instagram for most Cape Town small businesses. We'd rather post consistently to the two platforms your customers use than spread thin across five.

Do I need to supply content, or do you create it?

Once this launches, we'll handle the writing and design for each post. Photos from your business help a lot — the more real material you can send us, the less generic the posts look — but we can also work from what you already have online.

Is this the same as running ads?

No. Social media management is the regular organic posting that keeps your page active and looking credible. Paid advertising on Google and Meta is a separate service — included in the same R2 999/month plan — that puts your business in front of new people rather than just your existing followers.
